Exchange of Damaged or Wrong Items

We allow exchanges only in cases where the item you received has a manufacturing defect, the wrong size, or the wrong product. To process your complaint, you must contact us within 2 working days after receiving your item. Please provide your original paper invoice and share your concern via call, message, or email. Once we approve your request, kindly allow up to 7 working days for processing damage claims and exchanges.

  • All sales are final. We strictly follow a 'No Refund' policy.
  • Please note that custom orders are non-cancellable.
  • Products purchased from our retail outlet cannot be exchanged through courier. These must be exchanged directly at our retail store.
  • Any color difference may occur due to lighting or screen resolution, and will not be treated as a defect.
